WHAT IS THE CARING CLUB ®?
Hundreds of United Way donors throughout Allegan County are encouraged to become your customers when you participate by offering a discount on your products or services
 
HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE?
It's EASY and it's FREE

STEP 1: You agree to offer a discount of free goods or services to CARING CLUB ® members.

STEP 2: United Way issues CARING CLUB ® cards to selected donors and informs them of the businesses who will honor the card and provide discounts.

STEP3: You honor the card and provide the discount when a member frequents your business in 2006.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME? HOW DO I BENEFIT?

GAIN NEW CUSTOMERS Hundreds of CARING CLUB ® members will be directed to your business
RECEIVE FREE MARKETING! United Way presentations feature the CARING CLUB ® and participating businesses. You will receive window signs to show your commitment to your community. Your business will appear on the CARING CLUB ® page of United Way's web site.  Featuring our partnership demonstrates your role as a community leader.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

Selected merchants are asked to participate in this donor recognition program by providing a discount, free goods, etc. for merchandise or services to Caring Club® members.

A personalized, credit card size Caring Club® membership card will be provided to each eligible contributor.

Eligibility for Caring Club® membership is a minimum contribution of $104 to the United Way Community Fund. For example, that's $2.00 per week through payroll deduction. Sorry, Designated donations do not qualify.

There discount cards will be distributed to eligible donors this fall and will be effective through December 31, 2006.
