Shelbyville: "August 9, 2006 To Imaginary Library; My son who is 3 years old has a substantial speech delay for his age level. We work with him constantly on his verbal skills, trying to increase his vocabulary and in sign language. Although he already had lots of age level books at home we were fortunate enough to come across a few books from the Imagination Library and one of which my son loves (Boo-Hoo- Baby). That one book has made rapid success in adding to my son’s vocabulary and after a few times of my reading to him, he now reads it to himself independently and when he is not reading the book he talks about it all through the day. I have not seen him so excited over any other book that he has, the (Boo-Hoo-Baby) is his favorite book. Thank you"
