Rockwell Automation Volunteers!

The Wayland office of Rockwell Automation showed its community spirit when 8 Rockwell team members volunteered as interviewers for students in Beth Moore’s business class at Wayland High School on January 19.  Students interviewed for an entry-level position at a fictitious company, preparing just as if it were a real interview.  The Rockwell volunteers remarked on the “solid character and charisma displayed by each student.”  Students learned much about the interview process from the volunteers, benefiting from their past experiences as both interviewees and interviewers.  Allegan County United Way & Volunteer Center thanks Garry Muma of Rockwell Automation and Beth Moore of Wayland High School for creating this opportunity for the business students!
